Oral Presentations

Oral presentation sessions and symposia will be strictly timed. Please be considerate of your fellow presenters.

Non-symposia presenters: Each oral presentation slot will be 12 minutes in length with 3 minutes for questions.

Symposia presenters: The length of invited symposia speaker’s presentations will vary by session (either 25 minutes with 5 minutes for questions, or 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions). Please see the schedule of your specific symposia to determine your presentation length (available later).


The maximum poster dimensions are 4ft wide and 3 ft tall (120x90 cm). The poster presentation must be related to the material described in your submitted abstract or title.

Tips: Place the title of your paper prominently at the top of the poster. Highlight your name, contributing authors' names, and contact information. Prepare all text, diagrams, and charts in a size sufficient to be read at a distance of three feet. Paragraph and figure captions should be at least 24-point font and headers at least 36 point font.
